What types of vehicles do we use?
We use a variety of vehicles depending on the size of the group.
Where is the pick-up point?
The pick up point for Calaguas is Caltex, EDSA, Cor. Boni or Greenfields District. We will inform you beforehand which pick up.
Can I request a different pick up?
Primero Tours and Travel carefully selects pick up points that are accessible to all guests and vehicles.
If you are part of a joiners group, we may pick you up at a different place, so long as it is on our route and safe for the van to stop. It will be the discretion of the driver, and you can coordinate with him the morning of your departure.
If you are coming from Metro Manila, we do recommend that you go to the standard pick up point though, for the convenience of all passengers, so that we can arrange the seats and luggage easily and depart on time. For those outside of Metro Manila, please ask your booking agent.
For private groups, we can make arrangements for alternative pickup venues.

What are the bathrooms like?
Calaguas is a “Back to Basics” Camping experience so don’t expect luxury comfort rooms.
There are two CR’s near our campsite:
– Cr with a manual water pump (free to use). This is on the left of the site facing away from the beach. Please note that you can tip some of the locals to pump the water for you if needed
– Cr with faucet (with small service fee). This is on the right of the site facing away from the beach.
Both are well maintained with concrete walls for privacy and proper toilet bowls, with separate stalls for males and females. Neither are tiled, or have automatic flushes, so you will need to use a pail and dipper (tabo) for flushing and showering. Please bring your own tissue.
