Does everyone have to register online?

Yes, all guests must register online. Primero Tours and Travel strictly enforces a “No Registration, No Ride” policy. Please ensure the correct contact details are provided for each guest as we will use this to send important information regarding the trip, and is used in case of emergency. What is the schedule for joiners?

Public/Joiners Tours have the following Schedule:

  • 3D2N: Fri-Sat-Sun
  • 2D1N: Sat-Sun

Please note that long-distance trips (Calaguas, Caramoan, Ilocos, and Sagada) depart the evening before the tour.

Additional schedules will be plotted for long weekends and holidays. Private groups may choose their own dates.

Can I request a different date?

We can accommodate exclusive groups on your preferred dates. The suggested headcount is 12-14 pax. If less than 12 pax, the price may vary.

Can I request an exclusive van/boat?

Yes, you may for an additional cost. Please ask one of our travel assistants.

Can I pay the remaining balance on the day?

For the security of our guests and travel crew, we do not allow cash payments on arrival.

To guarantee your reservation, payments must be paid 7 days prior to the trip via bank deposit or Paypal.

These payment options also ensure payment protection for both the buyer and the service providers.

If this payment schedule does not sync with your payday, please ask your Facebook Travel Advisers about a Late Payment Arrangement (LPA).

What if I miss the payment schedule?

Your reservation will be forfeited. You may be able to re-join the trip if seats are still available, however, full package price will be charged.

I have already paid but I want to reschedule my trip.

Once reserved, you may reschedule your trip as long as it is requested before your due date, however, your original reservation fee will be forfeited.

I need to cancel my reservation.

IF:

  • You have paid your reservation fee-only, this is nonrefundable.
  • You have fully paid and given us 15 or more days’ notice, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
  • You have fully paid but it is less than 15 days before the trip, you may not be refunded.

All reservations are transferable to a new person traveling on the same date/trip.

Once we have registered and/or paid, can I add additional pax?

Yes. Please ask one of our Facebook Travel Advisers.

We have kids in the group. Will they be charged?

We welcome children of all ages on our trips, but for safety and comfort, we dont not allow them to “ride for free” on parents’ laps for long trips. Children will be charged as an individual but may be subsidized. There may also be some activities on our trips that will not be suitable for small children. Please check with our Facebook Travel Advisers for recommendations.

Can we adjust the itinerary?

We recommend that you stick to the itinerary provided by your guide/driver to get the most out of your vacation. For joiners tours, it may be possible to adjust the itinerary so long as the other guests agree. For private/exclusive tours you may adjust your itinerary as needed.
